Have got a friend who seems to be having trouble setting up her X Rocker Pro games chair. She is trying to set it up in a wireless way but is totally stumped on what to do. Some kind of guide would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help.

Am a little unsure on what she has done or hasn't done to try and set up said chair, as she lives many miles away from me, but some kind of guide would be great.

    Thanks in advance )

I don't have a guide, and I don't own one, but from the pictures, it appears that it should work with any stereo RCA input. The PS3 has a stereo RCA output as a part of that 3-wire cord that comes with the unit (the same cord design as the PS1 and PS2). Just take the red and white wires, plug them into a pair of female-to-female RCA adapters, and connect the chair inputs to the other side. I hope she is not using digital audio output, as the PS3 can only output as digital or analogue; there is a multi-output feature, but it still does not work correctly.

Again, this is just based on the pictures, and I have not tested multi-output audio since firmware 3.01

Sorry, picked up the email wrong that was sent to me. They can't seem to set the chair to vibrate nor play sound.

Wireless would be the problem. If the chair is Blue Tooth, then it might be able to be Paired to Blue Tooth Audio Devices in the PS3 settings. I would not think that the Blue Tooth Audio out on the PS3 would XMIT in 2.1 or greater.

See with me personally only ever setting up my wireless headset to my PS3 and not anything else, I was a little unsure about how much more or less complex a games chair might be. I set my headset up no bother so will maybe explain to them on how to try it that way.

    Thanks )

If the chair is Blue Tooth, when powered up, the PS3 will recognize it. Should be easy to set it to audio out. I cant look at the chair on Game sites from work. Dont know if it is BT or not.

If it is blutooth without a blutooth broadcaster thing, then you can pair it like a headset, then set it up in "accessory settings" or "sound settings"
