x360 vs ps3 game screenshots compared?

i have heard alot of talk about the 2 systems and which 1 has the better graphics but i have not seen a sight that puts 2 of the same screen shot s for both systems side to side to determine which is better if anyone has a link or r comments let us all know
i have a 360 and the graphix for gow look GREAT but if ps3 graphics are already better i might need to convert

You don't have to worry about that. Nothing on PS3 comes close to GOW at the moment. Both machines are very close to one another in terms of power. Sony has a more powerful CPU while 360 has a better graphics chip. But in the end there is not much difference. Maybe 360 will come out on top, maybe PS3 will. However if they are both the same 360 will always be a generation ahead on Sony.
I'm still pissed at Sony for bull$!ting about the PS3.

Why would you compare first Gen games to a system that been on the market a year now..Cmon at least wait about 6 or 7 months.

 

If they're the same I'd just buy an 360. I mean its cheaper and its been out for a year, so all the bugs should be fixed by now, right? And I suppose they are starting to get better games.
Idk, I just saw a PS3 running at Walmart (when I was standing in line for a Wii), and it looked really pretty, but I'm concrened bc I watched X-play and they reviewed 5 games and only 1 (Resistance Fall of Man) got a 5/5. Madden was a 3/5 and the others were 2/5 and there was one 1/5. It's kind of depressing, as of now, that the PS3 doesn't seem to be living up to the hype.

 

Well im not so sure about that, FFXIII is starting to look pretty nice, i m not sure if this picture is realtime or not, it looks realtime to me because you have the actions on, it looks pretty sweat though.




Metal gear solid is lookign pretty nice aswell, I don't think we will see good looking games for a while from the PS3, maybe 4 more months?

 

Yeah, that does look good. FF and MGS4 are the games everyone keeps talking about, but I've never been a big FF or MGS fan. So, I don't plan on investing in a PS3 just bc of those 2 games. Until I see some more quality games coming out, I think I'll hold off. Besides, I couldn't get one now even if I wanted to.

 

here's what I think , the Ps3 will be pretty amazin just give them time I dont think its fair to Sony to compair them to Micro since they haven even got the chance to play there cards . I also dont think its their fault those other games were not so good its those cats that made the games not Sony they just make the consoles for us . Well for me the Ps3 already has a buyer because I'm a fan of Devil May Cry that alone will make me fork up the money to get one .

 

If microsoft is a generation ahead of sony (which they're not) dont u think they would have atleast included net-gen discs for their games not just movies

 

both are amazing machines.all it comes down to is if you're a sony or microsoft guy.

 

Also what type of gamer you are.
If you love metal gear solid, devil may cry, or a lot of rpg's then chances are you're going for the PS3.
Likewise if you love fps's such as halo then you're goin to the 360.

 

I love games like Zelda and Shadow of the Colossus, so I guess those are considered action-adventure games. I really want to try out Fable I & II, Oblivion, and Assassin's Creed, those games are very appealing to me.

 

Umm...they would a GAMES generation ahead. Developers would be a generation of game development ahead of PS3 because its been out longer. Thats how the hell that works. Think before you speak.

 

That being the case if we set aside the fact that all these third gen game developers that produce games for all consoles would have already made the ps3 version.

 

While the graphics on FFXIII do look pretty, it just doesn't look as appetizing as previous FF's have, and definitely isn't high up on my list. As for MGS4, it was recently revealed that Kojima was being made to work on a 360 version of it side-by side with the PS3 version. There are a list of reasons that they might have kept quiet about it; but the most likely seeming one is that Sony has been paying them in the same way they paid UbiSoft to not talk about their new Thief/Prince of Persia style action game being released on the 360. I'm not saying that it's confirmed Sony paid Konami to keep a 360 version hush; but it has been made public that they did it with UbiSoft.

And please don't get me wrong, I'm not bagging on Sony, they all do it. Odds are M$ had a lot to do with Bethesda keeping so quiet about Oblivion being released for the PS3. It's simple business and marketing strategy, and I don't blame M$, $ony or Nintendo for it in the least, why? Because making it LOOK like your system exclusively has that hot new game everyone wants, is a great way to make people buy your system.
