    Wow, this is in advance!
The software that comes with the card will differ depending on which board manufacturer you choose. Some retail cards come with games (e.g. my Sapphire 256MB X800Pro AGP came with Splinter cell pandora tomorrow and Prince of persia sands of time) and others don't. Seeing as you're scouting for the cheapest one I'd say wait until you've settled the deal and then look on the respective website.
Drivers are downloaded from the main ATI website, or sometimes the board manufacturer's website, but if you're going to use a specific driver, you'll need the right one!

Hi again sam, i found an absolute deal!
    Not sharing where (yet) :D

But hopefully i can get this card shipped to the UK.
Unfortunatly, doesnt come with the Disc. Looks like i will have to download the latest Catalyst Drivers? Is that right?

Yep, all you need to do is go to Ati.com and download the catalyst control center and you're done!
That's a bit spoilsport not telling us where you got it though, have you sworn an act of secrecy? lol :D

Indeed I do. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone, but you'd better ask about shipping.

Whats the "REAL" difference between, lets say, Sapphire X700 PRO 256mb PCI-E and a normal ATi X700 PRO 256mb PCI-E?

The first thing that i notice is that the colour is differnt. The sapphire one is blue, unlike the Red of the normal one.
And the heatsink used on the card - why is that?

unless you buy a specifically ATi card, ATi only make the basic processor architecture, not the board, so it's up to the board manufacturer, e.g. in this case sapphire, to choose the colour of the board and the attachments, e.g. heatsink.
