This just started since the upgrade of my hard drive (160gb), but I'll go into details.. This is weird, because I can FTP fine, and I can use Linksboks (or Linksbox) perfect. However, I can't use: XBMC Scrtips T3CH Downloader T3CH Updater Can't get weather (GRR) I have tried unplugging EVERY cable from my router, and re-plugging them back in. Turning my modem off for 30 minutes-1 hour. Do I have to update the MS Dashboard to 5290 or whatever it is?
Are you running static or dhcp network? If dhcp you probably need to check it is being seen by xbmc, or assign a static ip through the dash. Weather and rss feeds etc need the right dns servers id'd
I had DHCP before I had a hard drive upgrade, but I didn't have any servers or anything. BTW my ISP is AT&T (used to be SBC). We have DSL, if that helps any. Hm. I think I set something up for DNS awhile back, maybe summer of 2007. But I forget what it was, I'll have to check on there site. But anyways, any ideas?
