XBMC - Youtube & Joox scripts won't stream

I have just networked my xbox to access my computer files and run the internet. Both these are working fine. But when it comes to streaming files from youtube or any other script, it won't work. The only thing that works is the weather screen on the main page of xbmc.
2 days ago I had Joox and youtube streaming fine. I have been messing around with the networking options alot on my computer due to some experimenting ( 1st time networker, forgive me)
Just wondering if it's something in the network options that needs to be fixed to allow me to get this to work.

Hi. I've had my XBMC network settings on auto (DHCP). Got a couple of videos to stream but the majority did not work. Looked at your tutorial and will try the manual static settings as suggested tomorrow. Thanks.
