xbox 360 backup problems with xbox backup creator: ERROR OPENING DVD_ROM [D] EXCLUSIVE ACCESS!!!!!!!

    Each time i'm trying to burn the .dvd file in xbox backup creator , i get the annoying "ERROR OPENING DVD_ROM [D] EXCLUSIVE ACCESS"!!!! ... has anyone solve this problem ? some says its because the dvd-rom is already running ... but iv checked , nothing is using it !!! failed like 6 dvd+R dl since ... pls someone help me i'm really desperate !!!
