xbox 360 freezes!!how to fix????

    so my xbox freezes wenver i play for like 10 mins. and my warrant just expired so their want to charge me 99 dollars ro send in for repairs. thats such bs. so i researched how to fix it and its a harddrive failure problem?? so can any of you guys help me to fix this?? any guides or any tips? thank you

    play it without the hard drive attached and make sure it does not freeze. If it doesnt...just replace the hard drive...if it does it may red ring of light on you soon, then it will be covered under MS 3 year rrod replacement as long as the warranty seal is intact

    oooo! i just got rings now.... i tired d/c everything includion hardrive now it goes straight to rinb of death. they'll fix it?

    Son, dont you read any threads or do any research? ANYONE knows RROD is covered for 3 years.

    he said he warranty just expired...
    but like they said 99 dollars and they will fix it.

    thats probably the one year...the rrod is extended to 3 years...he didnt have the ring of death yet...he does now
