XBOX 360 Hard drive (Save points)

    Hiya guys. I have recently clicked on my old hard drive (60GB) onto my new xbox 360 console. Thing is it didn't for some reason remember any of my save points for games from it's previous life on my old broken console? I've had to start all my games again from the start. Please can someone explain what I new to do to prevent this happening again?

    back the save games onto a memory stick?

    hi. I didn't think of that! Only just realised that there are usb's on the front of the console. I'm not very technical though, it is easy to do once the usb is plugged in? On not to familiar with the xbox dashboard. Cheers
