xbox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Disc

To the guys I pmed the pal v2 disc to:

Did anyone figure out if the PAL disc is the v2 version?
It should be possible to transfer these ways:

20 -> 20
20 -> 60
20 -> 120
20 -> 250
60 -> 60
60 -> 120
60 -> 250
120 -> 120
120 -> 250
250 -> 250

If it can handle 250GB drives and tranfser from 20 or 60 to 250 for example, it's definetely a v2 disc. I can't try it myself, I only have one 250GB disc right know. But it would be nice to know if it worked for you

 

I haven't had chance to use it on a 250gb HDD yet, because I haven't got round to buying one yet... >.< I'll let you know when I do though. The disk that I'm seeding atm allowed my GF's brother to transfer from his 20gb to 250gb, but I've had that disk since I got a 120gb HDD, so I know that's not V2... lol As I said, I'll let you know as soon as I get a HDD! ^o^

 

I haven't had the time to download it yet... hmmm. what's the best way to download from RapidShare..? JDownloader?

 

Just wanted to say thanks to Blzz for PAL transfer disk! It worked perfectly! I did a 20GB -> 250GB with no issues.

Does anybody have the links to the NTCS version of the disk? I downloaded the PAL version and didnt work for me PM with the links plis!!!!

 

I also have bought the transfer cable and new hard drive but do not have the disc. Does anyone know where i can get one? And not the one that transfers to PC.

I was seeding, but my computer went down awhile ago & I haven't had the chance to fix it. I'm working on putting the files on a nas so I don't have to worry about computer problems

ok, i've got a torrent made for the parts of the disc. i think its ntsc, but you're more than welcome to download and try it.

Does anyone have the PAL version of the DVD? I have the same situation: got the cable but not the disk.

 

also bought cable alone on ebay not knowing a disc was required for transfer. I just upgraded to an elite, so I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with getting the disc or downloading and burning it onto a cd of my own.

 

The new xbox dashboard firmware has the feature to transfer files from 1 drive to another in the memory manager now, so no need for the transfer disk.

Just thought you might like to know incase you didn't realise already. lol
