Xbox 360 Harddrive

    Seeing as the NEW 120gb hdd is out is there anyway to upgrade the 20gb vertion to a 120 by buying a new sata hdd and replacing the 20gb one with the new one but how would it be formated andyone any ideas?

    You can replace the 20gb hd inside the casing with the official 120gb one, we still cant pick any randon drive of the same size and install it in the system.

    If you decide to buy the 120GB hard drive make sure it comes with a transfer cable, if not you can get one at Xbox.com for free.

    Then you will be able to transfer everything from your 20GB to your 120GB drive. This will erase the 20GB HDD completely so it is a one time thing. You can not transfer stuff back.
