xbox 360 jtag help

I've tried to jtag my 360 but had no luck couldn't turn the 360 on when my pc was on i've tried many sites for help this one sorted other problems before. Ihave other question but don't want post it in the forum

you dont turn the console on. when its connected...the lpt stops that from happening

 

You only need to plug the power into the xbox 360 (DO NOT TURN THE XBOX ON), as wabashman said the LPT stops it from happening.

 

I really wish i'd asked that 2 days ago its been driving me crazy lol also should my pc pick up the 360 or do I need to run a program to find it like with the hard/dvd drives also some tips on the best programs. I sure everyone can tell I new to this part I did my wii that was easy I also done the dvd drive firmware but its never enough always want to try something new.


it doesn't get better I've got 4 360's and I fix them ages ago and one I never put on live just found out my 10 year old connected it and it has the newer dashboard is their away of removing it or will i have any hope of the jtag working

 

nope, no way of removing it. smack the kid upside the head.

 

would you know which chip or chips hold the info on it. I have two other broken motherboards would it be worth tryin to change some chps over or is it all coded? their has to be some sort or some way of a reset if anyone has ideas i dont mind putting this 360 at risk as i repaired it from ebay and it didnt cost much. thanks to everyone thats replyed and tried to help

 

The CPU's efuses are blown and it is essentially locked down now. Your only hope is to find another exploitable console.

 

I've just been reading up on all this I guess I'll stick to messing with firmware and wait till I get a 360 thats not had an update done thanks again I'll keep messing with and see what happens
