My xbox 360 laser wont turn on i have replaced the laser twice thinking the first one was bad. I have removed the solder from the laser. My drive is a lite on it opens and close with no problem the laser goes up and down, but it will not turn on. When the drive closes the laser moves a little bit the thing spins a bit and it stops.
As you said that you replace your Xbox laser twice and still it create problem then I think it has some major hardware problem with your xbox. I suggest you to get it repair from authorized xbox dealer or stores.
