xbox 360 liteon 93450 drive

well ive been rading alot about modding my drive , and this is the only forumwith pro people ive read other forums dont explain things like they should so i need an aswer for this big doubt im having.
i have this liteon 93450 and bought on ebay the lt switch 1.5 so i solder it and thats it right sooo do i need a conectivity kit or some kind of spear to read the keys or i just conect the drive to the xbox power and conect the sata to my pc and read it on jungle flasher?? im a bit confused cause ive read a loooot a shit ton of info and i think i crossed some info.
are the keys extracted by the sata conection or do i buy a conectivity kit , buy the spear and extract keys with it?
