Xbox 360 no video with sound help

    Hi guys

    I have an xbox 360 that have HDMI and the problem is,
    The system turn on and boots up and you can hear everything like nothing is wrong but theres no video at all. I have a reflow station so I did a reflow on the GPU , but no luck. Anyone have a suggestion(s) on what should I try next ?
