Problem Xbox 360 RROD

    HELLO

    I am new to this forum as I recently signed up needing help, my xbox 360 was fixed by myself by removing X clamps etc.

    But a day ago my xbox got rrod and when I turn it on there is no lights for around 20-30 seconds and then after that the rrod lights become visible

    Just wondering uf anyone has a suggested fix for this at all.

    Not worth fixing in my oppinion. You cannot fix a rrod permanently, so you might be better off getting a working phat xbox 360 off ebay or craigslist without any cables, try getting one with an MFR date in 2009 or late 2008.

    Agreed.I have fixed dozens of RROD but always told the owners its not a permanent fix.Having said that i still have a phat hitachi model still running after a rrod fix and that was years ago.Just a lucky console i guess.
