Xbox 360 Solid center green light?

hey, i searched before i posted, the other posts were "flashing"
ok, background.

bought new.
painted red (warrenty voided)
modded (iextreme)
RROD (used towel trick)
this.

ok, so basically after having it modded for about 3 months w/o any problems... then i got the rrod (3 rings) and started using the "towel trick" and it was working great, and on the newer model xbox 360's they added the overheat feature, so you dont have to time yourself, it will shut off when it gets hot, so i know it isnt heat damage (i hope at least).. and i probably did the towel trick about 10 times, then i was playing COD4 (original) and then my xbox froze up, then shut off.. so i started it up, and i got this, and after like 7 times of starting and stopping the xbox i still got nothing, and NO video or audio output at all.
