(xbox 360 version) Street Fighter 4 Mod tools + nude mods

Well I saw a lot of neat costume mods for the SF4 PC version but nothing for the xbox version (at least none of my searches on google and popular sf4 mod sites were fruitful). though the pc and xbox emz files are not the same therefore not interchangeable, I notice the files and folder structure for the pc version and xbox version were similar so I thought I'd try to use similar techniques on the xbox version. Seems for the most part it works. unlike the pc version I had to find a way to compress the files back to the original sizes because the xbox iso can be corrupted if you replace a file larger than the original. below is a link to all the tools I gathered to do the mod. I also wrote up a quick tutorial on how to do the xbox mod and included it in the file. A detail tutorial on how to create the custom costumes and such can be found on the Game mod sites so I didn't include those. Lastly, For kicks I've converted some of the PC nude mods for the xbox which I also included in the file. If you just want to apply the Nude Mod to the xbox version of SF4 just use the emz files I provided and skip to steps 14-15 of tutorial and replace the emz files in their corresponding folders and burn the iso normally like any other xbox 360 iso. The Nude mod is only for Cammy, Chun Li, and Viper. I tested this mod on my non-stealth ixtreme 1.6 firmware but xdvdmulleter seems to indicate it should work on the stealth firmware as well. Someone can try it out and let us know if it does work. Lastly, like always most likely not a good idea to connect to xbox live with the modified SF4.

I played the DOAX2 nude hack game a few times. It was cool despite the game sucking. BTW, you can still get laid and enjoy things like these. Heck, I'm married. A pic my wife and me on my is profile.

Just FYI the nude mods are just an example of the things that can be done with the mod tools. I was hoping to get as many people interested in doing mods for the xbox version of SF4 as there are for PC version. For example here's a mod someone did of sakura to make her look like neliel from bleach



I'm starting to wonder whether is was a good idea to included the nude mods in the file cause similar in my other forum posts, so far the only thing seems to be focusing on is the nude mods and not the tutorial or the tools I gathered.

Sorry, but if I had a jtag xbox and was able to install the games directly onto the harddrive I would convert more the SF4 skins but since I don't I'd be wasting to many dvd's testing out the different skins.

converting simple skins are easy. basically follow my tutorial on how to extract DDS files from the emz. You first extract the DDS files from the pc emz then you extract the DDS files from the xbox emz. You then inject the PC DDS files to the xbox emz files at the same positions indicated by the extract xbox DDS file. Or you can just modify the xbox DDS files using photoshop with the DDS plugin and inject them back to the emz file.

 

so i gave it a shot, but it seems whenever i try to extract a custom .emz file, it gives me tons (2000+) of .dat files instead of the 1 .dat file. Yet if i use an original pc or xbox emz, it extracts fine.. any ideas why its doing that? do i need to use different flags with offzip?

 

Sorry, man I forgot to mention the modded pc emz are already uncompress. if you use offzip on an already uncompress emz it creates a bunch of .dat files. so you do not need to use offzip on modded PC emz just use the dragon unpacker to extract the DDS files from them. You only need to use offzip on the xbox emz files. Hey I decided to waste another dvd and converted to more skins for you but this probably will be it. The file includes dalsim as ghandi and fei long as Lui Kang. Again just use xbox backup creator to replace the corresponding files in the corresponding folders of the sf4 iso

Hopefully you would be successful, cause a lot of people are starting to request if I can covert skins for them and though I wish I could I'd don't have the DVDs to do it. I wish I knew about the jtag xbox before I updated my kernel cause then I'd try to do the sound mod and character move mods that people are doing for the pc versions.

 

just givin a little update.. im about 3 chars shy of having a full roster of customs character skins! i started converting a custom stage but thats gunna take awhile (have to manually rename about 100 files lol). anyways, as soon as all chars (color 1) are customs ill rar it up and upload it somewhere. cheers.

So far it seems that you and I are the only people modding skins for the xbox version of sf4 and making it available on the INTERNET. a lot of people are interested but for some reason are having a hard time converting and modding skin for the xbox.

Well here it is, all chars expect seth have atleast 1 custom skin. I don't have seth unlocked on this console so i didn't bother with him this time around. I believe gouken, ryu, ken and bison all have 2 skins (color 1 and color 2).

I have got your download file with the character skins, but would REALLY like my own set of customs in my game, pus smoe of yours still say "file size may cause corruption" so I havent used them!

Please lead onto a tutorial?
