to convert you need to extract the dds files from the hacked .emz file using dragon unpacker. Then you need to offzip the original .emz into a 00000010.dat file. Once you have 00000010.dat, you open it in dragon unpacker and note the offset positions for the dds files. Once you have the offset positions, you need to rename the .dds files from the hacked emz to have the new offset positions. You then use infuser to put the hacked dds (with the new offset positions) files into the 00000010.dat file. Then gzip the .dat and rename back to the original .emz file name. (most of this stuff can be found in drayn's tutorial)

Where is it telling you the file size may be corrupt? i haven't actually tried burning to a disk before, i've only tested these with my jtag'd 360 and copied them to the hdd into my sf4 folder. I figured it wouldnt make a difference, but i guess maybe it does? Perhaps someone could test this with a disk and let me know which skins work and which don't?

zedsarmy if all the skins work for you then i guess a jtag xbox is a little more forgiving with the bigger file size. These skins do not work for me.

    blk blanka
gki akuma (skin works but the bigger file size corrupt color 2 skins)
    gkn gouken
    gul guile
ken (skin works but the bigger file size corrupt color 2 skins)

I don't have a jtag in my console, and can't put it by now, since I have the latest dashboard updated already. But I was wondering if, I could replace these files in the DVD image I have in the HDD for SF4.

I will try doing it this weekend, and if it works withe the ones in the tutorial, I will look around for other good skins that could be used this way.

I remember seeing Bison as Sub Zero, that had the collest look of all skins I've seen by that time.

Anybody make progress on getting the hundreds of skins for the PC working on the 360. I understand the process, I just loaded SF4 onto my PC. Now I am testing various skins and want to move them to the 360. Are there any limitation on the 360 side if the xbox is jtagged? Any more info would be great.

Ok so I extracted the iso, then replaced the emz file for RYU with the file for Cobra Kai skin. I then created a container for the files and loaded using the xexmenu on the jtag xbox. The game loaded, but when I went to select RYU it locked.

I will try some other skins later, but I am worried about this issue. Anybody have any luck?

You can't use the PC skins without converting them to work with the 360, thats what this thread is about. You can download the skin pack i made and use those as they have all been converted over to 360.

If youre using a jtag'd xbox then all of these skins should work for you. If you're burning to disk, most of them won't work.

**EDIT** It appears my link doesn't work anymore, not sure why.. ill have to upload it again later tonight.

be awesome if you could mate i wanna check it out. have a jtagged cosnsole. nude mods worked fine but i'd much ratherget some of the cool edits on the go. on a side note my savegame doesn't seem to work on my jtag console. works fine on my regular one but when i copy it over (and use the same id to play obviously) it says the savedata can not be accessed. anyone got any ideas?

    here you guys go.. http://www.mediafire.com/?bnmhxmcidzj

As far as ur saved game problem.. i think you gotta use a tool like Modio to change the console ID associcated with the save.. im not 100% on that though..

No theres no way to unlock the DLC costumes..
