XBox 360 vs. PS3

I previously read the thread intitled PS3vsXB360vsRevolution, and the side for the PS3 kept refering to "better games" and that the PS2 had a better library than the XBox...
I would like to know what are these "better games" that will be filling the PS3 library.

ps3 will have a billion teraflops with 9.6ghz proccesor. You don't play the game, oh no my friend, the game plays you. The revolution's controller is a portal that takes you to the next dimension making you play games in virtual reality, if you die in the game you die in real life. The xbox 360 will have a plethora of face plates and it can fly.

All joking aside though I think i will be getting a ps3 mainly because it has games that i'm more interested in. I could care less if the games looked more realistic (although it doesn't hurt), but there's no way in hell i'm paying $600 & $700 like eb games and gamestop are trying to suck out of us. I probably won't even pay $400, I could wait until it drops in price. Until then I have my pen and paper, i'll draw my own adventures.

yeah i think everione is sick of fighting about wich console will be better so lets just see, i mean nintendo is one of the first, and xbox first console kicked their @$$ im not on either side i will just satn aside and watch, it shpould be a very fun console generation tho never seen this much competition

The purpose wasnt to intise a battle, i was just curious of what games they were interested in...
Ive followed closley and the ps3 doesnt have a killer ap...
Mean while on the 360 you have three possible killer aps...
Perfect Dark Zero, Gears of War, and the overrated HaLo series...

I seriously cant think of one for the PS3...
Not to be hating, just looking to know what game or games they want when ive seen no games that look all that good...

Killzone will suck, not because its on the PS3, but because they cant make FPS's... well.

that was random, and form what i see in the ps2 and ps1, they have huge game libraries, but most sre crappy or decent at most, but dont get me wrong, final fantasy, metal gear, those are great games

well i'm a big fan of metal gear and i've been following the story ever since it came out so i guess that's probably my number one reason. I like the devil may cry series also (excluding part 2) so that's another game right there. I have a psp and sony promised some sort of interactivity with the ps3. I have a large library of ps2 games and since the ps3 will have backwards compatibility i could sell my ps2 and get some extra cash to go towards my ps3. And imagine all the sequels some of those ps2 games will have on the ps3 that the xbox 360 probably will not have.

It really all comes down to just exclusives that the xbox won't have so i'll get the ps3. Xbox 360 just doesn't have titles that i think i'll be interested in. I'm not much of a FPS fan (although i love coded arms for psp) so perfect dark and halo don't really catch my attention. BUT!! man does that gears of war look "haharrgaha"*drool* I think i'd enjoy that game.

 

also, you shouldn't killzone will suck. The game hasn't even come out yet so nobody knows how good or bad it will turn out to be.

 

yeah, if u dont like fps, the 360 is not for u, lol but i doubt they would give u more than 20 for ur ps2 by the time ps3 comes out

 

yea i thought about that. i will probably sell it on ebay or to a local to get a little extra. I'm not planning to get much for it anyways. Man did i have fun with that system. I worked so hard at school to get good grades so my parents would get it for me. I treated it like my first born son when i got it. Now i must part with it,COME MILO!!! Let us feast..... on corn!!! HAHAHAHA!!

mehhh i wouldnt sell it, for 20 bucks???/ plus, i can mod it and not get worried bout fusking it up lol, and it cost u about 300 bucks and ur selling it for 20, man at least keep it as a sovenier, but come on, i wouldnt sell it for less than 60 bucks

 

I think the ps3 would win the war. The xbox360 is to much like xbox, the graphics are almostt the same. the N. rev is the underdog like the gamecube
