My Xbox (Chipped-Modded) has finally arrived, I would now love to know what i have to do with it to back up games.
Any info needed by the people out there with brains to help me I can willingly provide.
here is a starter on what is inside the machine.

when Booted up it has a large XBOX log with smaller "EVO X" logo in the top left of the screen.

there is a large menu which goes:

1.play game or media from dvd rom drive.
    2.play games loaded on hdd
    3.game trainers
    4.dvd movie player-region free
    5.self installed emulators
    6.x-box media player-xbmp
    7.x-box media center-xbmc
    8.ava launch dashboard
    9.system management
    10.reboot x-box
    11.power off x-box.

I assumed that some of the info in the "system management" screen #9 might shed some light on it's insides so here goes.

1.manage hdd games with px hddd loader
2.dvd2xbox game and media back up tool
    3.choose a different skin
    4.launch apps from hd
5.ms dashboard-use to change time and date
    6.system settings

again there is a "system" folder, system setting #6 on the list.
    inside here i find:

    harddisk:

    security lock-enabled
    filespace on c=321.568.768
    filespace on e=4.611.981.312
    filespace on f=0
    filespace on g=0
    filespace on x=567.903.936
    filespace on y=786.235.392
    filespace on z=786.300.928

There is obviously tonnes of other stuff listed but i guessed this might be important.
If someone can shed any light on what i have got I'd love to hear from you, especially with regard to me backing up games.
There are no leads or cables apart from the joystick controllers. the power lead and the scart lead.

the machine appears to work fine so far and has played a backed up game no problem.

thanks in advance for any help. Hope some of the above was helpful.

depends on the size of your hard drive
if you upgraded to a bigger one then you can use DVD2Xbox
just stick in the disc, tell it where you want the game to
be copied (should be in your games folder, looks like yours should be on the E: drive)
    then let it copt.

If you want it on disc you will have to use something like
    Craxtion4, Qwix, or FlashFPX
you will transfer the game files from the Xbox to PC, then use Qwix or Craxtion4 to create an ISO file from them, then burn to DVD

here are a lot of real good tutorials you might want to read.
they will help you out a lot.

you can buy a bigger hard drive from most computer stores.you will need a ethernet cable or cross over cable to hook your computer to your xbox your would find one cheaper in a computer than a gaming store.you can get hard drives off ebay but i got mine in a computer store and my was new and works fine.
