No, it's not possible because the xbox has no burner either. You can get burners for cheap now, really no reason not to have one. I've seen good (but older) drives like NEC 2500a going for $15 on eBay. Even newer NEC drives will only set you back about $50-60.

If the game you have is already burned onto a DVD-R then your friends PC will copy it. Use DVD Decrypter or Nero. If this is an original game (pressed not burned) then only the Xbox will copy it.
You should use DVD-R before RW. RW will work usually, but -R is a better choice.

keep in mind my friend that when it comes to burning xbox games you really need to have a decent burner drive. see i upgraded my drive about a month ago got some cheap drive it was made by........ 'io' i think was the name well anyway it would burn but my xbox wouldnt recognize the disk as a game, so i had to bring it back and then i got a sony dru-820a that burns every concevable type of blank media KNOWN TO MANKIND!!!!!!!!!!! and my xbox'es can play them perfectly (oh and remember burn at 1.0x 2.0x maybe 3.0x ) 2.0x works for me

oh and he's right dvd decrypter will do you fine
