Hi there, I am currently running an Evox Dash that I installed from the Auto Installer Deluxe version 2 disc about a year ago. Now I have tried updated to the Evox Dash contained in version V4.10 disc but all the exbox seems to do is keep trying to boot into EvoX but not actually getting there and just restarting. Anyone know a guide or can help me up my EvoX dash to the latest version!!! Cheers Da_Boos
Here's the thing, you are trying to update a running program, that leads to all kinds of problems. Try this instead, run another dash as an app and then try to update evox. You have one on the AID disk, if you don't have one installed.
I have tried installing Xleash and the installing EvoX over it but it does the same thing!!! Just boot's up, shows' Xbox logo, then flicker and tries booting up again. Any more help would be great. Thank you Da_Boos
Okay, try this: Install Unleash as an app. You may have to just ftp from the DVDrom to your computer and then back to the apps folder for unleash. Remember you can't load over a running program. Can you install an app? If you can then do that, and then load the app and then try to update evox. You have to get around the fact that evox is running.
