Hi I tried to backup NBA 2k7 for xbox did the usual I used quix, all of my backups worked up until this one. The iso is just a tad over 4 gigs using Memorex dvd-r. The game wont boot for some reason. All my others booted fine using this media. I used dvd decrypter to burn iso, like i always do. Any suggestions. Thanx Xbox is softmoded
first off i would try some better DVD's Memorex are one of the worst around. Verbatim would be much better. Also you may want to try using Craxtion4 instead of Qwix for making the ISO. To use Craxtion you need to go to the Microsoft download page and look up ".net framework" then download and install it. Craxtion will not work without this.
I agree with Steimy on the discs. The only brands I really trust are Verbatims and Sonys. Using Craxtion might work as well but I personally have had a better success rate using Qwix when doing my backups. Couldn't hurt to try worst that can happen is you'll be out 15 cents for the disc.
