Xbox Bios

    Ok I know I have writen alot of forums. I need to get this figured out. I have a Xbox v1.5 with a xecuter 2.3 lite and a 120gb hd. When I turn the xbox on, it says FlashBIOS (cromwell 2.27 dev) Then it says Please insert disc. At this point i figure to put in the slayer 2.5 autoinstall disc. Then when it loads the disc, its says "No bios update found...Halting!". I have the EvoX m7 bios, I need to know how to get this bios onto my xbox. Also, I need to know how to get the Xbox dashboard that came with xbox onto my new hd. Appriciate any help.

    I have the exact same problem (With the "no bios found halting) hey Jerren did you figure it out?

    you need to but the m7 bios onto a seperate cd with a dummy file at least 500 mb is size

    also can you send it to super_jesus3@hotmail.com? i need it but dont have it

    Superjesus you were right i put bios on cd with 500mb dummy and it flshed properly then i used slayers and it worked flwlessly for installing MS dash, Evox dash, and all the apps on my new HDD. Thx

    If it says FlashBIOS (cromwell 2.27 dev) then it is not a 1.5 box.
