xbox boots to black screen (Solved)

    when i power it on the flubber screen comes up, then the xbox logo, then the screen goes black. any idea what could be wrong?

    Seems like your dashboard may have issues, is your xbox modded??? if so try re-installing a dashboard of your choice.

    No, its unmodded. is there any way i can fix it?

    ok, i built the eeprom reader.
    do i have to soldier it on or can i just hold the wires to the eeprom chip to read the eeprom?
