XBOX Codec upgrading

Hi, I have an avalaunch dasboard. How do I upgrade the code for my xbox? Where is this available from?

I have some avi files that I can hear when I play the file but cannot view.

are you using avalaunch to play to file or XBMC is your using avalaunch then i dont know about the codec,but if your using XBMC then i would Suggest going and downloading the latest version which was just released last week.....

you can download this from torrent sites or pm me for the newest one,to install you need to ftp it to the xbox in your application folder.....
