I have a modded xbox with xecuter2 pro w/ 4977 bios and latest evox loaded. I have been able to do numerous backups with no problems. I tried backing up SX Supercross and Dakar 2, and both give me the same thing when they try and load, "The disk you are using is either dirty or damaged". I can try a different game immediately after, and no problems. It did'nt matter if I burned the files as a data disk or made it into an ISO. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any ideas?? This is two games in a row that would not backup....
This is usally caused by the use of bad programs. For your making ISO's recommend the use of GDFImage with gui. http://www.yursoft.com/xbox/GnuGdfImage.zip seach for a gui on www.google.com [XBOX GDFI gui] Use the most reliable Recorder: Record Now 4.5 found at www.download.com.com and follow this guide: http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/iso-backup-guide.php Good luck and if my informations helped you achive 100% success rate on burning your games then write thank you else ignore.
