its a save where u load it up with a exploited game and it reinstalls your dash board. and that is not the only way to reinstall a dash.
sounds like a softmod installer to me....but backing up the M$ dash will not restore it only copy it to the E.........if it has the re-install option then you will be cool....other than that i know there is not a save out just for the m$ dash....
