ok here it is... xbox error 21 i have the spider solderless modchip physically installed into it but i have yet to flash the bios... if i do this will it fix it? if not how do i fix it.. i also have xboxhdm on my computer would that be necessary for the fix? i know there is a way around this please help
Error 21 can mean so many different things! I would say take out the chip and see if your Xbox still functions properly, if so, then attempt to reinstall the chip. Your Xbox should not be getting an error 21 after your mod attempt, so flashing it will not change a thing; and you will not be able to flash it anyways w/ that error coming up. If you reinstall the chip 100% correctly in your mind and it doesn't work, I would suggest getting the X3 w/ the Xapter solderless adapter. Spider chips are just not very reliable chips, and countless people have problems w/ them and there is little support out there to help them.
