hey man can any1 help me!!!! well actually the problem is with my xbox !!! Man i replaced the original evox.ini in the C drive with the evox.ini file which i found in the far cry instincts evox DVD !!!!! (well then i removed the disk) and after that i rebooted the xbox and the menu comes with :- 1. far cry instincts platinum edition 2. game trainers I rebooted my xbox about 5 to 6 times but i just get this menu!!! My remote also doesnt have an effect on these two options!!! i can neither move up nor down!!! i cannot do anything!!! But i can play games!!!! (well to play games i have to put the game disk in and restart the xbox and then the game will work) Hey i heard something about "slayers evox auto installer" !!! Will this software help me???? and also which one to download the '.exe' one or the '.iso' one!!!! pls help

hey "the return" well actually i cant do anything 2 my xbox!!!!!! I can only play games!!!!! the starting menu doesnt work, my controller doesnt have any effect on the menu !!!! I can only play games man!!! Nothing else and i mean nothing else!!! After i replaced the wrong evox.ini then I get no settings menu ,no play games menu, NOTHING at all !!!!!!!!! (well for playing games i have 2 put the game in my xbox DVD drive, close the Dvd drive , reset the xbox and then the game will work) PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!! I cant go to my network settings and do that static thing which u were telling about *!!!!!!SSOOBB!!!!!!* !!!!!!
wait. YOu can always go to settings on Evox dash and set IP. What do you mean by worng evox.ini? Try to do ftp again.

do you see xbox IP on Evox dash? if not, try to change skin. When you see the IP on Evox dash, then do ftp again.
Well the return as i told u before i cant do anything to my menu there is no highlighter but hey i can go to my xbox Dashboard... I put one audio cd and walah in the xbox dashboard !!! hey but wen i went to my dashboar-settings-network settings then the screen freezes !!! a green disk type of thing appers at bottom and freezes WAd 2 do
well don't set any thing. Just read the IP, subnet, gateway. Then change the IP on PC so you can ftp again. If you dont know, just post all status of IP on xbox and PC here.
there is another way to ftp to your xbox. YOu need the AID 3.0 disk. YOu can download it from my page. just follow the link in my sig. When done with download, extract it. Burn the iso. turn xbox on with AID disk inside dvd drive. AID main menu load up. On the main menu it shows ip address. Then change IP on PC so you can ftp to xbox. DO NOT INSTALL OR FORMAT HDD. YOU WILL MESS UP YOUR XBOX.
will it play a disc, if so go to a torrent site and get and auto installer like Slayer 2.6 or AID 3.0 and use it to put EvoX, and the other dashboards, on your Xbox. If you have a chip you can just wipe the whole drive clean and use the auto installer to start over. That is how i set my new drive up. other tan any games or game saves you will get all the programs and more back. Some auto installers even skip the game saves when they format so you do not loose those.
ok guys sorry for the very late reply...ok as u told me about the slayers auto evox installer....which torrent site shud i downlaod it frm??? i have a utorrent software....and will slayers auto evox installer replace the correct evox.ini file for me????
Has every1 forgotten my thread.......hey 1 more thing does the xbox read all brands of DVD??? and hey there is a problem with the dead zone of my xbox controller....is there any software where v can adjust it????
