xbox evox just says initializing

    mine is moded and it has worked fine over the past 2 weeks. now when i put a game the power button just blinks green. and its at the evox screen. what do i do now? i can play the games off the harddrve but the dvd will not work. it worked before. what did i do wrong?

    all the orignal games work ok. but the backups don't work

    no its my dvd drive. it crapped out. now i need to replace it. i put a nec dvd drive in. its ok but it won't read the game if i wanted to copy it to my harddrive. any ideas?
