HI, I just installed a mod chip in an almost new console, after that I keep getting reading errors (no disk, unknown) in the evox dash, now if I use the microsoft dash It says that the disk may be damaged or dirty? (in brand new games!!!) is this a mod issue? is it a drive issue? please help....
