I need help hooking my XBOX up via FTP to my PC. I have: -Linksys Cable/DSL Router -2 Ethernet Cables -Evox Boot Disk running -FlashFXP I get the boot disk running and go under system untils but I am not so sure what the first 10 lines or so is. For instance I have a blue IP address which can't be changed and one that can but can't be saved. From looking at Seamonkey420's website it showed his as saying "DHCP" next to "Type"... mine is blank and the blue constant IP shows as 0.0.0.0. I am not sure whether I need to go back and edit the evox.ini file or make so adjustments with my router. Thanks for your help and I am completely stumped.
are you wanting to not load the evox dashboard and keep the xbox dashboard? if you want to load evox, you might want to try the slayers auto installer disc to load evox and set up the ini for you. if not you might have to go back in and change the evox.ini to where it says static IP = NO (if your router is set up as DHCP). i have the same router and it's no problem. i used the slayers disc this time and it set everything up for me.
