I'm neew to modding but i think i finally got the hang og it. I recently installed a new WD 320 GB hard drive. I formatted it with xboxhdm v9.1. It worked fine, and i have evox as the dash, and a few apps, ect. I used dvd2xbox to copy my games onto the harddrive and they work fine. I recently bought two new games, splinter cell chaos theory and farcry instincts. HERE is the problem. Splinter Cell won't load at all, and far cry freezes at the menu. I've been finding more games the don't work also. Is the problem with the harddrive, the xbox, or the softmod. Oh ya, the xbox is only saying that i have 129 gb available on my F drive where's the other 191 gb's.
[bold]@nate1490[/bold] You need to install an F partition to be able to use the whole harddrive. About the games not working I have no idea what's wrong. About the patches, what kind of patches?
I don't know what type of patches, iwas hoping someone could tell me But back to the games, they were all bought used at gamestop, could this have anything to do with them not working?
Yes, they are used, but that doesn't matter, I cleared the cache in the E folder and they all work fine. I don't know why I had to do this but they work now.
