Ok my friend gave me and xbox (original one) and it had a disk read error so i open it and mess with the laser adjustments and I decided to order a new (its on its way). Anyways i tried to turn on the xbox to look at the gamesavess and stuff it gave me an error 12. I tried to remove the ide and power cable and reconnect it that doesnt work. I noticed the spindle hub is stiff so can someone help me.
I thought it was the drive cause I replaced the ide cable and it didnt work still error 12. I searched the internet but couldnt find a cheap drive ( dont want to spend to much its my friends).
