Xbox Live Connection Problems

    Ok, here's the problem

    I have a PC with a wireless card. And I am basically connected through my neighbors wireless router. I also have an ethernet adapter. So is there anyway I can connect my xbox to my PC and somehow use my neighbors connection to connect to xbox live? I tried ICS settings, but couldn't make it work.

    probably depending if there internet allows xbox live
