xbox live softmod prob

    Ok i'm a newbie and desperate!I turned on my xbox,left the room for like a minute,and caught my youngster playing with the control.Now i'm left with a green screen saying I can't be connected to x-box live,and cannot exit the screen no matter what I press.Can any genius please help or should I just launch the damn thing!-Rich

    its the trouble-shooting screen?

    Turn it off. If that doesn't work unplug the power cord.
