Xbox Live Troubleshooter Freezes

    When i updated my xbox to SID 4.0 i could access the MS dashboard but wen i try to fix the ip address to play live it wont load the Live part of the Xbox also wen i try to sign in with Halo 2 or any game i put the password in and it just goes back and asks me 2 pu the pass in or dont sign in. Somebody please help me. I want to play my Live account

    did you make the live account with your xbox already modded?
