i had a xbox live subscription with my old xbox. it was modded but had the original hdd. I now have a new xbox that is modded and bigger hdd. It is a ver.1.6 xbox and an X3 modchip. Can i use my xbox live subscription that i have on my new xbox or do i have to cancel my subscription and start a new one up. i just dont want to get banned. someone also said since i have a ver1.6 i need a shutoff switch on my xbox so they cant detect me. is that true or can i just turn my modchip off like i used to. thanks.
