I have installed my chip and run a bios & installed Evox, I downloaded XBMC v4.11 onto my computer and was woundering how do i set it all up ready for the xbox & how can i transfer it onto my xbox and install it with all the additional opptions like dvd2xbox and stuff like that everythink il be installing a segate 250gb hard drive as well.
I think you may be a bit confused... The latest version of XBMC is v2.0, it also doesn't come with 'extras' as you pointed out. My tutorials will explain all the processes (HDD upgrade, modding installation etc), have browse through those and if you get stuck, post back and i'll give you a hand!
Ok i still dont understand how to install xbmc i have got the chip in all ok i have flashed wit with excuter2 bios and from where where do i go to install a 250GB segate hard drive and xbmc onto that with dvd2xbox on it and all the other nifty tools?? cheers
The easiest way for you to install all apps correctly would be to use AID v4.10. This is a disc that will install it all automatically!
so do i just burn them files straight out once downloaded using nero burner rom or somthink like that? sorry about the questions new to this
AID will be a .iso file. This is an image file, my HDD Upgrade tutorial will show you how to burn an ISO file.
i downloaded Aid and i unpacked it and all but i havent got a iso folder their?? has somthing gone wrong?
