Xbox not reading ANY game discs,cds, or dvd's

I have had my xbox for about three years and now it wont read any games. I even have brand new games with no scratches and they wont work. If anyone has had this problem and fixed it plz let me know.

your DVD drive has probably pooped out on ya....you will need to go buy another one....

It might be worth trying to clean off the lens and mirror before completely replacing it though. Since it won't read games, I doubt it'd read a lens cleaner disc either, so you'll have to open up the Xbox and clean it up manually.
