   my xbox keeps turning on and of twice with or without the modchip in it and before and after i turn it on it never shows anything on the screen.

   If it does it without the chip installed then there is a problem with the motherboard. If you tried installing a pogo pins chip most likely a problem with the D0 spot on the motherboard.
