hi trying to retrieve info from backup xbox game when i put dvd in my computer it comes up blank ?? any help i would be gratefull
Your computer is not going to read an xbox disk. You need to connect your xbox to your computer with a crossover cable. Once that is done you'll need an ftp program (I use flash fxp or filezilla) both are easy to use one is free, one isn't. I've also read in the forums here you can use IE to take a peak in your xbox. You can search "ftp" in the forums and find plenty of explantions on how to set it up. Once you ftp into your xbox find the folder where your game is at and you can open the folder to see contents. If the disk is in your xbox open your D folder and I believe you'll get the same results. (I'm not sure if the D folder is correct I'm @ work and can't verify that the folder with out looking at my xbox I pretty sure though, hopefully if somebody see your post they can correct me if I'm wrong.)
