not that i know of. i highly doubt it. But if you plan on modding that box you must be sure to have the mod chip off before being online. I bought 2 xbox's one for live and 1 for mod. www.xbox-scene.com is most common web site used but you can also do searchs on xbox mod chipsfor more info.

    Hi,
There are a number of modchips avaialable, I , Personally have the xecuter2, this comes in a variety of "packages" the xecuter2.3 pro, really not needed unless youre into deveopment, the xecuter 2.3 lite, and the xecuter 2.3 lite (plus). Both LITE versions have solder-less pins, known as pogo pins, where the connection is made from the chip to the motherboaard via, tiny springy pins under the modchip board.
The lite PLUS has been pre flashed with the cromwell bios (please note, this bios is a legal bios, therefore you cannot use it to play backup games) you can reflash it with other bios, I cant give you the link for these, but PM me and I will give you more information.
Modding an xbox is not the "be all and end all" what I mean is, you cant just copy an xbox disc on a pc, the PC wont read it. It has to be done by first, installing a new dashboard on your modded xbox (id do the bios before you do the dashboard so youre not confused)there are a number of dashboards, but evolution x is the most popular. After this is installed (try to get hold of an auto installer such as slayers or team xaviers, it will install everything for you, much easier this way)
you will need then to make sure your computer has a network card. Becaused you will need to network connect the xbox to your pc, this is where a lot of people have problems and get confused, fortunately, there is a VERY good tutorial at
    http://get-modded.com/tutorials/BasicNetworking.pdf
Its very easy to follow, if you follow this exact you cant go wrong.
The cable you need to connect the pc to the xbox must be a crossover cable, if you are going direct from the xbox to the pc.
Cheap crossover cables can be found here
    http://store.yahoo.com/cat5cableguy/crca.html
you will need a good ftp program to connect the box to the pc, the most popular is flash fxp.
Theres a lot of great info on modding and connecting etc
check out other forums, as well as the good stuff you will find on the afterdawn forums, all the answers are there
    www.xbox100.com
    http://www.copying-xbox-games.com/
are just a couple of good ones.
Its kind of a lot to take in when you first start out doing it, but if you go step by step, yo will be fine:)
    hope it helped
    good luck

one more thing DONT go online with your mod chip switched on, if you want to go online with all your games, getting it chipped for backup puposes would be pointless, as you will get banned from online, you can have the chip installed such as the xecuter that has a on/off switch, if you go online, it has to be switched off.
