Xbox restarts twice; flashes red and green

    The xbox will restart twice and then it flashes red and green. I'm pretty sure it is the modchip.

    check that ur modchip is installed correctly. it should boot to flash bios if you installed it correctly

    I figured it out. A solder point became loose, but I fixed it.
