hey there, I just bought an XBOX SAMSUNG SD616 NR drive for my xbox. My system is modded and I was making backups of my games. I had a Thompson in there before and I succesfully burnt copies of my games and burnt them onto a dvd+r Platinum disc. I have a 4X nec burner. Before I would put them in and my xbox would read them fine. After awhile though i started getting dirty disc errors. So i bought a mooded samsung drive and installed it. The actual games work fine, but the burnt don't what so ever. They won't even ackowledge the game at all. Just says is not an xbox game. I tried a burnt dvd on the same kind of disc and that worked fine. So far my Thompson is much better. Anyone know whats going on here? Thanks
try a different media type, tahst all i can say sry, i had a samsung (supovvily the best) but it died...... so im trying a thompson now
