I installed xenium sp ice no problems, saved original eeprom with original hard drive, upgraded to a 120 wd drive did the hd wizard in the os and copied over original drive, flashed with m8 bios and install the slayer boot disk. when I reboot in the xenium os there's like a 1 to 2 second delay before it moves to anothe selection it moves in slow motion, tried to play battlestar galactica, its unplayable you go to the ship and you have to wait for it to turn, then it went to far and your all over the place and forget about shooting by the time it fires the other ships are gone, could have something to do with the contoler inputs, are the controled by the bios or the eeprom, I have x2 flashe also and it does the same thing. I have clear my cache in e,x,y,z, still no good have tried m8plus still no good, reformated hd with slayer and reinstalled no good, I am at my wits end, short of going out and buying another xbox and iam sure that one won't get a mod chip. any help please someone has had to have this problem too. thanks Merle
yer, i got the same problem. i tried last night for about 10 hours to find a fix.... still no luck. i have the xenium ice mod chip as well. one day my xbox just started to run at about 1 frame per minute! AARGH. I can say that the problem is not the hard disk and it is not the cd drive.... I'll post more as i figure stuff out.
