or maybe it is.... kk its a soft modded xbox one day just stoped working when i turn it on it tries to turn on 2 times and on the 3rd time it stays on and the led's blink red and green.... i got it to boot up normally once but it just keep rebooting after the microsoft appeared so rebuild it the hd new c and e files same eeprom but it it keeps stalling same problem ries to boot up 2 times and the 3rd time just blinks red and green and help or ppl who had thiss probelm and info on how u fixed it
i had the same problem, i couldn't fix it. maybe, maybe a modchip will work. maybe, maybe reflashing the tsop will work after it boots from a modchip. so if you have a modchip, put it in and try it. if it boots, reflash your tsop. if you don't have a modchip, then it is much cheaper to buy a second hand. good luck.
okk i kinda found a way to fix this i leave the xbox on for like 30 min and hen restart it then it boos up normally now he problem is when he microsoft logo appears it reboots non stop i dont have a chip
