I purchased a modded xbox and I am trying to link it to my PC to make backup games. I dont know exactly what EvolutionX is. can somebody please give me a little xbox-to-PC 1on1? thanks. ps. I have dial up, does that matter at all?
The way in which you access the internet does not matter as far as linking a PC and Xbox are concerned. You just need a crossover cable, either Qwix, or Craxtion 4, both programs already have built in FTP capability but you may wish to acquire a FTP Program as well such as Flash FXP. There are many tutorials within these forums that explain the procedures of how to FTP, and how to make an extract games. If you follow those tutorials I don't think that you will have a problem.
To hook your xbox up to your computer, you first need to format your xbox. I suggest hitting it with a bat. Preferably metal.
