Xbox Utility Disks: Xbox Hardware Refresh Disc, this deletes all save games and music files. Once you reboot you will need to pick your language, time zone and decide if you want it to adjust for daylight savings time.
I don't know where u can get it but if you go to a store that sells used Xboxes they should have it. Awhile back i took my Xbox v1.0 and I couldn't figerout how to take my game/dvd password off. So i set it as XXXX. When I took it I told them the password but they said that they had a disk that restore all default settings. So try shops/stores that fix or sell used ones. Don't go to gamestop,funcoland,Eb games cause they don't have it. Becuase they send it off to factoryies to get clean,fixed and ready for resell.
